Changed my car recently to a Skoda CityGo, which is same mechanicals as VW Up. Needed oil and filter change urgently. Central VW Audi fitted me in early one morning. Excellent service, friendly mechanics.... they have gained my future business, and the wife's CityGo too. 5 stars from me.
Central VW Audi is a hidden gem - a bit shabby on the outside but they are honest and do a very good job, at a fraction of dealer prices. Peter's very friendly and enthusiastic, with a comprehensive knowledge of VW/Audi cars.
Turned up with VW EPC problem & car losing power. Fault identified quickly & car repaired within 24 hours at a reasonable cost compared to main dealer. Excellent service with no prior booking & will definitely return in future!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. Simon from Central VW Audi has always assisted me with my Audi TTS. They are fair, straight to the point and an excellent price compared to Main dealers. They are very knowledgeable and always get the job done. 1 very happy customer.
Had to have a car recovered in here today, they had it diagnosed, parts ordered & fitted all in the same day. They kept in touch throughout so there was no nasty surprises when I collected. Absolute first class service!
Friendly guys were very helpful with work on my Mk 1 VW Golf Cabriolet. They do jobs on all types of VW and Audi cars, old and new. The garage is a bit out of the way, near to Junction 9 on the M53, but worth looking for.
We had an issue with our VW Passat. The AA could not confirm the fault exactly, and neither could another local garage. Central VW identified and fixed the issue on the same day. Simon was extremely friendly and helpful, he gave us a full explanation of the work he had done, and went above and beyond the service you would normally expect to rectify another issue we had after the repair. I would like to thank him for his kindness and assistance. They also saved us quite a lot of money compared to dealership prices. I would not hesitate in using them again in the future.
