Absolutely brilliant experience yesterday. Me and my hubby visited to try and get some horror outfits!!! Yes I know it’s July, but that was the party theme! Anyway both Joy & Christine were absolutely brilliant and so patient with us, although we most certainly drove them up the wall. Nothing was too much trouble and what an amazing shop! They literally had everything! Highly recommend to anyone! Great job ladies xxx

We first saw the Party Place at the Crabwall Manor Hotel at a wedding fair. We loved what we saw and decided to ask them to do our wedding. There service we received from start to finish was amazing. We advised them what we wanted and they didn’t disappoint. When we saw the result on our big day. It was just what we wanted. Thank you Joy and her team

Very friendly and helpful staff, let them know the sort of thing you want and they will find the closest match they have quickly and alter it to fit if required at no extra charge.. Great service.

I have both bought and hired over a number of years. Outfits are great, choices to suit all types of occasions. Hire rates are excellent. I have hired Garfield on a number of occasions, waiting for him to be retired, then hopefully I will be able to buy him ha!! During the lockdown, bought some outfits for the VE day, St.Georges Day, also some for the NHS Thursday clapping. All good fun. Staff are great and very helpful.

Would definitely not recommend this place, we drove the best part of an hour to hire a costume to be refused access to look at them probably because its 4.15 on a Friday evening, there were teenagers sitting eating in the shop and customer service wasnt good, I was asked if I was local and when I said not really it made no difference so really no point in asking! It says that you close at 5.30 on your website I think 4.15 is more than enough time, absolutely no help or service what so ever extremely disappointed.

We have been to party Place a couple of times. Each time we have been very satisfied with the customer service the staff were very helpful, spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were satisfied with the outfits we chose they went the extra mile. it's astounding how many outfits they have to choose from party place thank you for your help we will be back for sure

What a great shop. So much more than a hire shop. Will be back for a few Christmas gifts. Staff are so helpful and cheerful. Great customer values. See you soon .
