Rude staff and unhelpful went in today to ask if they had an auxiliary belt and even though the first staff member was attentive mind you there was hardly no customers in the store and about 4-5 staff having a chin wag together in a group at the service till he asked another member of staff who was young if they did the belts and because he was interrupted in his chat session he was abrupt with his reply “NO” and carried on chit chatting!nn28.06.24 update - as per the instructions provided by the owner response I am still waiting for any feedback from the department my details were passed onto! Seems like they are not bothered how customers are made to feel by the staff.

When I first went to Halfords, I was definitely going to leave a bad review. I sat down to wait for the number plates to be made.The coffee machine was not working nor was the lift to upstairs I am disabled. After waiting 10 minutes or so, I then got told that the printing machine had stopped working so they couldn’t do my number plates. Whilst sorting out my refund, James was excellent and brought all of the paperwork to me to sign etc so that I didn’t have to get up. It took some time and I was about to walk out when one of the female employees, who was very knowledgeable throughout the whole time I was there, was told that the printing machine was fixed. They asked if I could wait a bit longer so that they could do it later, which I couldn’t as I felt ill and so they did it as quickly as possible. James, the employee I dealt with, was superb. He got me a bottle of water and kept checking if I was okay. He was incredibly apologetic, thoughtful, kind and sincere, as were all the staff and eventually the number plates got sorted. I also wanted them screwed in rather than stuck on which they accommodated as well. Despite the initial problems, all the staff were amazing. Initially I was quite upset as it felt like such wasted time and a trip when I struggle to go out anyway. However, once it was sorted, all the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as soon as possible. The person who fitted the plates was again very sincerely apologetic and kind. James’s customer service was first class and I ended up not being able to fault anyone in the shop for their quality of service.

Absolutely amazing service from Dave and Amelia today! Thank you so much They have gone above and beyond to make our son’s birthday absolutely perfect! We arrived with no sense of bike buying protocols and were immensely fortunate they not only had the bike in stock but agreed to arrive to work early on Sunday morning to build and safety check the bike for collection at 1pm to guarantee the birthday boy received the bike on Monday morning. Thank you so much! Amazing service.

I recently visited Halfords Blackpole to find a new bike for my child and I was very impressed with the service I received from Matty and Benny. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing great advice on the different bikes available and taking the time to ensure I found the perfect one for my child's needs. They paid great attention to detail and offered exceptional service throughout the entire process. Thanks again, Matty and Benny!

Rich the manager is the epitome of a professional,  knowledgeable, realistic, helpful, and dedicated.nGreat service today regarding my power issues with the 2 Dash Cams I bought from the store.nNot the DashCams fault at all.
