Beware of buying from Bits N PCs!

I bought an anti-virus activation code from them.
I didn’t use the code Instantly.
When I came to use the activation code they had sold me, it had already been used by someone else.
I queried it with them expecting to be sent another code only to be told that they can’t make enquiries into the code as they delete records after 3 months (which seems a strange business practice) and that as a good will gesture I could buy another code at half price (which had no guarantee of working or having been used by someone else gain further putting me out of pocket).

It's a shame as by most accounts they seem a good bunch but once you have a problem, it may not be straightforward if it's a little down the line (3 months+).

Also happy to provide emails from Jason proving they know me. Shame they have to lie saying they don’t - yet another poor business practice. They clearly can’t be trusted.

My lap top broke in the middle of my 6000 word uni assignment . Took it to pc world with no help , found blitz n pc online , rang them and they had a look at my laptop within 5 minutes of ringing them. They found the problem , recovered my assignments ! 

Would recommend to anyone with any technical problems! I can’t thank you enough !

Have been to these guys for a couple of issues with my laptop over the years. The fact this thing is still running in its old age is a testament to their work and professionalism.

They're always eager to help, and are happy to talk you through your computing problems and all options to resolve them.

BITS 'N' PC's, the best service in Worcester, fast and reliable, guys are extremly helpfull, fast and effective, they will fix everything mobile phones, pc's, laptops, smart tv's etc, no fix no fee policy is just brilliant,  I can recommend this place to everyone, very reasonable prices

This place is great , friendly staff , very well priced , always happy to go the extra mile to get the job done , can’t recommend them enough .

They can repair old computers , even custom build new ones , it’s your one stop computer shop for all your tech needs ✅✅✅
