My experience at Hamilton Computer Repairs was exceptional. I took my laptop in with a software issue I wasn't able to resolve. It was resolved completely and in a timely manner.  I was kept informed throughout the process and received a thorough explanation of the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it.  I will continue going to Hamilton Computer Repairs; I'm very happy to have established a relationship there.

Wonderful! My laptop wouldn't stay powered on for more than 5 minutes and I thought for sure a repair would be out of the question. However, Hamilton Computer Repair was so helpful. An hour after putting in an appointment request, they reached out to me and I was able to bring my laptop in the next day. Turns out, luckily it was a minor issue that didn't require parts! They had it back to me fixed in 3 business days. Total repair cost was $130 with a student discount which was worth it for me as this laptop is a valuable workhorse with a bunch of my homework saved on it.  Everyone was so kind and helpful, and Tavi was great at promptly and professionally communicating with me. Thank you so much again!

Hamilton Computer Repair has fixed my laptop three times and has been quick and reliable! I now have twice the RAM 32GB and twice the SSD 1TB plus my fans needed to be replaced twice. I have cats and the fans eventually get clogged with fur. My laptop is a big part of my life and what I do so I really appreciate the speedy turnaround time at Hamilton. They will always be my go to computer repair company.

This shop is amazing. I had a broken DC jack on my laptop that 4 local shops AND Geek Squad said they couldn't fix, wasting almost a month of my time.  Hamilton had it done in a couple of days.  The work was solid, the price was reasonable, the crew is super nice and professional, and despite it being a 90 min drive, I will gladly give them my business again.

The folks at HCR were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my PC, order parts, and get the malfunctioning components replaced. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout, and the price was fair for the work. Excellent service overall.

I took my Dell desktop to Hamilton Computer Repairs after Windows suddenly wouldn't load.  I'm very happy to have brought my computer to this store. Within just 2 business days, I have my computer back home working brilliantly and thankfully no files were damaged from my corrupted software. The price was very reasonable, and Tavi also provided me with an extra backup on a separate drive free of charge.  I will definitely be bringing my computer back if I ever need any more repairs. The customer service was excellent, Tavi greeted me at the front desk and kept me updated throughout the computer repair process. David, the owner, is also extremely knowledgable, I trust him and his store for all my future computer needs.

This computer services has shown spectacular results thus far. I will see to it that this report goes unnoticed lol. Will recommend highly to someone if there is ever any questions of said services that can be available.

I needed the charging port on my laptop fixed quickly so I paid for their priority service and 2 hours later it was ready as they happened to have the necessary part in stock. Great service and definitely worth thr price!

I had a great experience with Hamilton Computer Repairs. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating, and the techs did a great job answering all my questions and ensuring I understood everything. It really feels like they care about their customers.
