Very pleased to have a reliable and helpful Apple Repair Centre here in Tewkesbury. Quick turnaround, did exactly the job I wanted at a sensible price. Also very helpful at answering a technical question for me after work had been carried out. Very pleased with the service provided. Would definately recommend CSD.
I cannot recommend CSD highly enough. They provided excellent advice regarding my laptop problem. They were swift in precuring parts. They undertook the work within the time they said the work would take. Their customer service was excellent keeping me up to date with progress by e-mail and text. I would certainly seek their assistance again should I need to do so. Thank you CSD for excellent and quick resolution to my computer problem.
I’m so grateful to have my Mac fully restored and working better than before! Many IT places say “they don’t do Mac” so I had almost given up hope on my Mac when it failed to reboot. However, CSD managed to repair my Mac and even add 1 terabyte of storage, something I never dreamed to be possible. Thank you very much for all your help!

Fast, fairly priced, and friendly repair centre. It goes without saying that a smaller computer repair service compared to some of the other larger chains such as PC World is usually going to be better for the more personal touch, but CSD Ltd made the process of repairing my PC painless from start to finish. They were easy to get a hold of for updates, provided plenty of information about the fault and PC maintenance, and gave me every reassurance about how my data would be handled securely - benefits you won't find with a larger repair chain. The repair was finished on time as per the estimate given on day one, and the service throughout was excellent.
The laptop required the hard drive replacement with a new SSD drive cloned from old drive. Very satisfied with prompt professional service and working laptop.
A new hard drive was required for my sons laptop. The different hard drives were explained to me and the repair was done within a day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Would definitely use CSD again
Spilt water on my MacBook Air and thought I'd lost it and the data on it forever, more so when several repairers were so negative. Complex Systems fixed it quickly and at an entirely reasonable price. Many thanks Steve!
