Was looking for a gent's bike & some advice. Very helpful & great service. Far better than any of the nationwide shops we all know who I'm on about without naming. Needless to say I will definitely be purchasing a bike from there .
Great little find. They serviced a 30 year old GT mountain bike of mine which had been severely neglected and left in the back of the garage. The bike holds quite a lot of sentimental value and seeing it after the service looking 10 years younger and riding almost as well as new I couldn’t have been happier. Funnily enough the technician used to race a similar GT bike back in the day. Also considering what was done it seemed a very reasonable price too.
Had a puncture in Tewkesbury this morning and unfortunately my spare was damaged. Called in on these guys and they were brilliant, had me back on the road in no time! They even offered to refill my water bottles. Can't recommend them enough, thanks for your help today.
Extremely impressed by this shop. Only heard good things previously. I had a mechanical issue whilst out on a ride with my 8yr old son. 2 miles from home but near town we pushed my bike to the shop. Dropped in without an appointment and explained what happened. They took time to explain what it would be, how they would fix it and what it would cost. They took my phone number and kept me informed throughout the repair and fixed it within a few hours. A really knowledgeable team and who couldn't do more to help.
Brilliant service and great prices changing of the scooter battery took less than 10 mins

This place an the gent that runs it are legendary! We were out for a walk with the granddaughter on her bike with stabilisers. An to say it was all a little lose was an understatement, we were really concerned so I was hoping he had some new stabilisers we could buy. The really lovely chap came out to have a look and straight away he just started tightening everything up and checking everything. He wouldn't take payment and said he's more about child safety! My granddaughter now has masses of confidence and can't wait to be back on her bike already! I owe this lovely chap a massive thank you to see my granddaughter happy and confident to go down a hill on her bike is just amazing. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place ten-fold.
Ordered 2 22aph batteries for the wife Pride Mobility Scooter, on Wednesday, arrived today Friday, Service was excellent as ALWAYS. And a sensible prices, the only place in locally that I will go, when it's anything to do with my wife's Scooter. Called in today for a new charger for mums mobility scooter, service could not have been better. That's the reason for 5 stars
They did a great job fixing my breaks! Really friendly staff and great prices
