Went for a bulb replacement on my daughter’s car and got served really quickly by a young lad who got the correct bulb for me and then spent about twenty minutes in the freezing cold fitting it whilst explaining what he was doing. I would not have had the first clue so I was delighted to have it done for me. Would definitely go back again for this service. Absolutely brilliant for anyone who doesn’t know anything about cars.
Collection of the items I ordered from Halfords,could not have been easier, met by a lovely, cheerful lady on click and collect who dealt with me was a very satisfying.nItems were good quality, price and perfect for my use.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Collected bikes today ready for Christmas which I had ordered online. Was served by George at the Chippenham store, who was quick, friendly and ensured that all checks were complete. George then went the extra mile helping me take the bikes to the car and getting them into the boot.
Great service from the bike team in Halfords Chippenham. Took plenty of time to explain things and listened to me. Made it best value by discussing options for me and my old bike. Hopefully I will get some decent life out of it rather than buying a new one!
Not a nice experience when you are disabled at the best of times. But as if it's not hard enough negotiating the extra footfall of customer's, and trying not to hamper them in their rush to obtain Christmas gifts, when you cannot walk very fast.nYou then arrive at Halfords in Chippenham! As I wanted cycling accessories and every Halfords seem to put them upstairs, no problem use the lift.nWhat lift? Asked a very nice member of staff the location of the lift only to be told they have no lift. Reason being the area of the floor space on the upper floor, means they do not need one. Be it, it would be nice rather than think, we can get away without having a lift, maybe we can help disabled people manage to buy from our full range, rather than committing them to only buy from the ground floor.nWhat Halfords probably do not realise or neither care, I did have a list of items from the ground floor as well, but rather than get only half the items, I would rather go elsewhere to a company that respect disability within their customers.nI came here following a visit this week to Cwmbran Halfords. The lift just inside the door on the right was filled with goods, once again no way of getting upstairs.nCome on Halfords have some respect. Not for me as I will Never shop at Halfords again, but for all the other disabled customers.
