Staff completely ignored us as we entered and barely responded when I said hello. I found a suit I liked but they did not have the trousers in my size in the shop. I asked the assistant if they could order them and was told the whole range was discontinued and there was nothing I could do. I asked if any other shops had them and reluctantly the assistant rang some other shops only to realise she'd looked them up wrong and I could in fact order them in my size. For the rest of my time shopping I was offered no help and the assistant just stood behind the counter. Not what I expect in a suit shop. If it wasn't for the fact that the suit I got was an amazing bargain and it looks great it would be rated much lower.
