Staff were all very helpful. Bike repair service was sooo fast! The guys there fitted my phone holder and sorted out my pump too! Best service I've had in any store. Well done to the guys and Halfords.

Went to visit family up north and on the way back developed an issue with the car. Drove in to Halfords and the manager Sean was really lovely and helpful. It turned out that the tyres needed balancing which they did for me on the spot and for good measure he also checked the rest of the car over to make sure it was fit for my journey back to London. Oh and he made us a lovely hot chocolate lol very happy with the service

Easy to order online but a problem paying instore caused total confusion.  It incurred three trips to eventually pay the correct price for the bike.

Prices are good staff are resonably attentive and helpful. Parking is usuallynever a problem, late opening hours are a bonus.
