Too few staff. Was finally assisted by someone who seemed to be new to the job. Just kept me waiting for ages..I was there to collect my new bike. Paid for my bike and was assisted to the car. None of the documents that I had in my hand were gone through with me...signatures were not taken and sections were just left blank. I was given no advice on bike maintenance or anything for that matter. It wasn't his fault...but he should have been assisted and not thrown into the deep to deal with customers when he hasnt got the training. Very Poor experience!

Understaffed and sold me a faulty Garmin sat nav would not exchange or return it, which is against the consumer act. Only get 2 star because they have large variety of products.

Always helpful staff. Easy to find what you need. If not there are well informed staff to help.

Generally very good service, however can get busy at times and takes a fiar amunt of time to get served. Overall helpful staff and decent prices.
