Brought a new bike online with another provider and it wasn’t working properly. Aylesbury Halfords did a 32 point check free of charge. Came back after 20 minutes and Brandon went through everything they had done. Really happy I can ride my new bike; safe in the knowledge that everything is sorted! Furthermore I brought the cycle care package after the good service I’d received. 5

Great customer service from Brandon and Jason in the cycle department. I needed various accessories for my son’s bike and they went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed and fitted the items as well. Will definitely be back.

I had a headlight bulb go and was going to book car into a garage but happened to be near Halfords the next day.  Brandon was quick and efficient at replacing the bulb as well as being friendly.  Very good value too - so glad I took the chance to get Halfords to fix it!

Tom changed my headlight for me, but whilst under the bonet in the pouring rain and on NYE he notice an issue with my coolant and helped me to get a cheap fix which will save me a lot of money down the line. Really appreciate him going the extra mile! Thanks Tom!

Prepaid for a part to be ordered in and fitting service ...1-5 days quoted for its arrival Fingers crossed. Very efficient staff at the till point. JJ.  Interested in the motor club now as I could of saved over 50% on this occasion.

I'm already impressed. Shoutout to the lady with the whacky hair colours great fun by the way who got me on motoring club and saved me a fiver when I spent £30 on stuff and Alex who fitted my new light bulb in under 3 minutes seriously! Great stuff

Is it that difficult when someone has ordered something, to actually have the correct items ready. Yes we could have checked everything when we were in the store but we did not. So another hour wasted driving back to get what we had actually ordered. We wrongly thought halfords would have checked what they were giving us, was the correct items.

Hi just got back from halfords.Had a replacement brake light bulb fitted on my saab 93 aero saloon by a young man called ulsman he did a very good job and was extremely polite. cheers ulsman.
