I visited the store to get my car lights fixed, and the service I received was honestly exceptional.nnThe manager really went above and beyond. He informed me about the free Whole Foods membership that gives you a £5 discount. I genuinely had no money left in my account and was exactly £5 short. If he hadn’t told me about that discount, I wouldn’t have been able to purchase the lights. That small act made a huge difference to me.nnThe colleague who fitted my lights was also brilliant. As soon as he opened the bonnet, he noticed I have a turbo leak — something I wasn’t even aware of — and advised me to get it sorted. Not everyone would take the time to point that out. He fitted the lights, we had great conversations, and shared a few laughs. It felt genuine and friendly, not just transactional service.nnAt one point, we realised the lights I was first given were the wrong ones for my car. We went back into the store, and although I was prepared to just buy one because of the cost, the manager took the time to check the system properly and found the correct ones. He then applied the £5 discount again, which brought the price back down to what I could afford. I was honestly so relieved because those lights had been stressing me.nnOverall, both the manager and the staff member showed real care, professionalism, and kindness. It wasn’t just about selling a product — they genuinely helped me. I’m very grateful.
Great customer service from Usman at HalfordsnnWe had our front light fitted on the first day by another technician, but the light output was very low. When we went back, we were told it was due to light alignment. We then spoke to the salesperson, who informed Usman about the issue.nnUsman took the time to help us and spent around 20 minutes properly fixing the front light. The difference was noticeable, and the light works perfectly now.nnReally appreciate Usman’s support, patience, and professionalism. Excellent service—thank you!

They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
