As far as CeX is concerned, I love it, but have had some mixed experiences with this branch. Bought a a PS2 and two iPhones. My first phone was in October, and as it was quite old had broken after three months. Due to the warranty I could get another, but the one I wanted was only available another branch, no problem there. While in the other branch, I had to wait around for over half an hour for the poor staff to attempt to process the exchange, correcting the mistake that had been made in Aylesbury. I understand human error, but this was painful!

Great for bargains. Helpful staff. Can be a little slow on service... Would be better if they had some staff just for sales some just for contributions to cut down on waiting times
