Just drove this little beauty home after setting my eyes on it early January. The service I received was second to none just dealt with one person at the dealership who went above and beyond to make the sale no questions were unanswered and even took a new MOT Without me asking that's service for you. Probably the best car dealer I have dealt with so far. Not pushy and answered all the questions I had. I was confident enough to buy the car even without looking at it. The car was mint as it could be and I had it over a month and it’s been great. Car turned out a have slow puncture on the drive home after buying and Adams offered to pay for that tyre. Thanks to John for making things simple. Will be back to buy the next car from here.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Kept me informed about delivery times, fitted accessories last minute and when I messed the insurance up, stayed until gone 6pm on a Friday night to make sure I could take the truck home! Couldn't fault them. Perfect service that you don't find much these days.

Really friendly attitude at this dealership with very helpful staff. Recently bought an older Subaru from them and they made sure all my concerns beforehand were addressed and even sorted the extra servicing in with the price of the car which I wasn't expecting. I would definitely come back to this dealership and am seriously considering driving all the way back each year a few hours journey for the annual servicing.
Just purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback SE Premium diesel from Adams Garage in Aylesbury. Had to get a replacement car very quickly so I could go on holiday with my caravan to Cornwall. My existing tow car had a mechanical problem and it was time for a change. Matthew Axford the car salesman was exceptionally professional and helpful. It was fortuitous that a car which was on my list was coming in the following day for the garage to purchase if suitable. Test drove it the following day and it was excellent. It had all the options I needed including a tow bar, what luck. Signed on the dotted line on Thursday afternoon, car was ready for collection the following Monday afternoon haven been given a full Subaru service, MOT, two new tyres, minor bodywork repairs and a 3 month warranty all included in the deal. They also gave me an excellent price for my part-ex car. Can’t praise Matthew, John the Sales Manager and the service department highly enough for incredible service. I can see why the garage has won the award for best Subaru garage. Without doubt the best garage of any car make I have used over 40+ years. As for the Subaru Outback itself, I am very pleased with it. The constant variable transmission CVT gearbox is a revelation. I initially wanted a manual gearbox but having towed with the CVT box it made the towing experience a real pleasure, a superb tow car.
This is the second pickup I've purchased from Adams Brothers. The first was a super reliable DMax Blade in 2017 which had zero problems during the 5 years I owned it. My new 2022 DMax turned into a real labour of love for me and the staff at Adams Brothers, who supported me throughout. I added a lot of accessories from the Izusu list and a couple of third party suppliers and Adams kept me informed throughout of availability and worked hard to incorporate my requests into their busy schedule. I can thoroughly recommend the vehicles from Adams Brothers, the customer service, sales team and workshop. A brilliant experience and I can't thank them enough for creating a superb one of a kind pickup for me.

We have just bought a brand new top of the range Subaru Outback from Adams Brothers in Aylesbury in part exchange for our previous Outback, now nearly seven years old but running really well. It is the fourth Subaru that we’ve obtained from them and the fourth time that we’ve done so through the services of Mathew Axford their principle sales exec and John Cawston, his manager. They have once again provided a friendly, professional and highly competent service which promises to continue well beyond the point of ‘handover’ of the new vehicle - which is brilliant, by the way - with rarely a hint of pressure save that of confirming their confident belief in the top notch quality of Subaru design and engineering.
