I have 2 boardman pros they have both been in for gear adjustment and they both weren’t right so I took them in for a second time and they still aren’t right but have to amit that the staff were very help full but they just don’t no how to ajust gears properly 🚲

Useless staff, they don’t know the anything about cars. I wouldn’t come here unless you know exactly what you’re looking for. That’s twice in 6 months they have tried to sell me the wrong oil “because it was on special offer”! Thankfully I realised before I paid! Not to mention the moody teenager attitude of the guy on the till... not impressed.

Terrible customer service! Waited ages for help and still didn't get it! Another customer helped me after being ignored even though I asked for help a few time's. Then when it come to paying they asked me to go to a certain till just for them to realise they had no change in that till so I then had to wait for my change and that took about 5 minutes. Then as i walked out there was another member of staff sat on a till just fidgeting. Poor service from everyone that I spoke to.
