The team @Halfords were really helpful, especially Poppy who tested the battery on my wife’s car, confirmed it needed changing and then provide the most cost effective option. Poppy told us it would take 30 minutes to fit but within 20 minutes Poppy had completed the job, tested the battery and refitted all elements in the engine bay.nI was very impressed with the no fuss, straightforward and pleasant approach from Poppy and all the team at Halfords Andover. A great service, which I will use again.nThanks again to Poppy.
I came in for my annual MOT today and as always was warmly welcomed into the centre - I would like to highlight the outstanding professionalism, highly knowledgeable and friendly customer service provided by Mike Michael running the front desk today this branch consistently has the best team over the years, headed by Jay with Attilla, Fred and now with Mike on the team. UNBEATABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU GUYS !!!
Where to even start. Came here with a dead battery. I wasn't informed after they took out my battery, they don't do diagnostic testing so they replaced the battery unnecessarily I've realised now as it was a wiring issue, convinced me to get a membership. Took my email down wrong so now I have to be refunded £29 instead of £54 and have to sign up again and pay in full if I want the membership. Or just change it on the system?nThey couldn't reset the computer so I had to take it to the garage. The garage then told me it was the alternator and it needed replacing and would cost £1,000.nWhat was the issue? Wiring. I feel absolutely scammed. Luckily I pushed to get the issue resolved as I knew it wasn't the alternator. But just absolute rush job. If you can't complete a job, just be honest I could have had I towed to a garage. The garage was blaming Ford because they're overbooked. Just a nightmare, a simple fix blown out of proportion causing me unnecessary stress. Just avoid.

Bought a windscreen wiper in store that showed as compatible on the Halfords website the part broke during the install. When I drove back to return the product I was told I can’t return it as it was now broken…
