Wonderful shop and a beautiful range of clothing and accessories. The staff could not have been more helpful - well worth a visit. Customer service was excellent.
I have never written a google review before but felt I just had to here. I cant speak for the previous years, but the review 1 month ago about 'Snotty staff' etc... I worked here full time for 2 years July 2020-July 2022 and in that time we have never once exchanged a comment about what someone was wearing sorry to disappoint, but we really don't care what you are wearing!. As for the part saying about 'dressing up to the nines', we ourselves just wear jeans with a blouse, top or jumper... I'm really not sure where the impression we 'look down' comes from or that you have to dress a certain way. We are just a couple of normal people going to work each day like everyone else, at a job we love. The shop was so quiet since covid, we were just so happy to have any faces come through the door to see us, we love to have customers to interact with and help. The other ladies I worked with here would also be really upset to see that someone felt this way in our little shop. With all the empty shops on the high street, this is one independent, quirky, small business who just wants to put a smile on someone's face with their unique & fun clothing, shoes & more. I'm sure the prices have gone up a lot on the ladies clothes and there seems a lot less choice but as it's the only place of quality for clothing in Andover I'll keep looking
Snotty, obnoxious staff! Would do well to remember they're based in Andover! Not Chelsea.
rude/up them selfs /lucky there in some were small because they would be missed /no experience /nice to my girlfriend but I had the money /should be called at last it's closed down
