Called in Friday afternoon, made an appointment for Saturday morning. Great and quick service, took this nasty screw out and fixed the tyre. You can tell they have a lot of work for the amount of them in there the phone did not stop ringing and the guys were trying to multitask as much as they can. Overall very happy with the service and attitudes.
Hey Kwik Fit! Came in today with a dust cap that I could not remove and nearly a flat tyre! Found out I also had a nail in it too! Within 25minutes the tyre was repaired, new valve and as good as new! all other tyres checked too!! Really impressed with the service and the kind man who sorted it out so quickly, even though they were so very busy!! Thank you Mags x
As soon as I arrived, I explained that I needed a new tyre. Rhys was really helpful in checking the tyre straight away and repairing it within ten minutes of me being there. He did a great job on it and it was great, fast service.
I was very happy with the service and MOT I received. The staff were very helpful and did a good job. I had to get some welding done to take the MOT re-test which delayed things a bit, but couldn't be helped and it needed doing.
The worst customer service ever. I went to them yesterday on Sunday and I was told I couldn't be helped because they do not keep parts. I then went back today Monday in the morning and the same guy said I needed to make an appointment and he would still not be able to attend to my car today. I have been to the same garage previously over the past years and nothing has changed. I don't want to bring race into it but that seems to be the only explanation I have for their atrocious behaviour.
This place is always busy, alittle pricey, but seem like a decent bunch. I needed a new tyre as it was brought to my attention it was wearing low on one edge. No one on reception, a place this busy needs a receptionist - the guys having to keep stopping and starting to deal with inquiries is not good. As it happens I had to approach one of the guys at the ramp. He said come back tomorrow- which was fine. I asked if I should just turn up or book? He then booked me in. The following day however I needed to cancel the appointment , I rang just after opening time, again before lunch and again 10 minutes before my appointment each time the phone rang until it cut off. Like I say this place is always busy - they need a receptionist.
When I got there, they was very polite They said it would be ready in about 3/4 of an hour. When I got back the paperwork was done they passed my keys over I think them and left very satisfied with the service.
I just wanted to say that I have used Kwik Fit in Corby for many years and they are brilliant, Reese in particular the last twice I have been recently has been so helpful and kind and I am so grateful, my daughter had a puncture and he as always fitted us in and went above and beyond to help, very grateful for his kindness and he is a true asset to Kwik Fit!
Pretty abysmal service. Despite booking online three days prior and arriving punctually for my appointment, I was informed that my tires hadn't arrived and they only knew about the job the day before. The staff member offered no resolution and instead insinuated blame on my end, stating, "this is what happens with online booking." When I requested to speak with management, it turned out the unhelpful staff member was the manager, displaying a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. I left without tires, down £500, and with two screws in two of my tires. To make matters worse, this occurred on a Sunday with customer service inaccessible. I wouldn't normally leave a review but the lack of interest in resolving their mess up was shocking. Contacted customer service on the Monday, got my tyres couriered to Kettering KwikFit who were brilliant.
Great service from Will at Kwik Fit Corby. Very efficient and so helpful in fitting our new battery on Sunday afternoon. 10/10
