Had the most disgusting experience in range today.nnI’m beyond disgusted and upset. My partner and I were buying 8 bags of soil- 40L in the trolley. We rolled this to customer service desk where I have paid on every single occasion in the past 2 months about 15 visits.nnWe were waiting to be served by the lady we got served by earlier about 10 minutes prior. This time around, the lady was still there serving one customer, next to her was a lady called Sandra. In a demeaning and aggressive tone she told us we couldn’t pay there and had to again turn and drag 40 L of soil to the other lines. I did question this but again was told the same in an aggressive tone.nWe wheeled all the soil to the new line. And what would you know, the nice lady at customer service was asking ‘who’s next’ and we asked if we can go to be served, Sandra again snapped back and said no that’s customer service only.nnAnother lady left out queue and went to the lady to pay for her items just like we intended to do.nSandra then went on one of the regular tiles and served us. I did ask again why she was so rude and we couldn’t pay at the other till, and she said it’s customer service only again, but I pointed out the lady from the line left and paid for her items right then?nnI also asked Sandra why she felt it’s appropriate to shout and be so rude. Her answer ‘because no one listens’ this is absolutely not in her job description to make customers feel beneath her ? I then asked for her manager name she turned her head and would not answer me. Keep in mind another customer was joking with us ‘it’s like the naughty Conner at school’.nnSo I asked the woman who was very pleasant at the customer service till, and she advised her name was Sandra.nI will be calling head office tomorrow, as today is bank holiday. This incident happened on Monday 27th around 12:35.
They seem to have everything, and I'm never sure where but the staff are helpful.nnIt is a warehouse style for shop that is set up with the cheaper ranges of products, don't expect high quality, high price items. We went in because they have loads of craft accessories and they had everything we needed.
Fantastic range at the Range.nnBought some flower seeds , could have bought so so much.nGreat products , great prices.nPlus everything and anything you could need in one shop except groceriesnnThe arts and crafts section is extremely excellent.
It's alright, good range of items, had some lovely garden bits and soft furnishings in there and the flowers looked healthy. It's price range is average, purchased a new dog lead and pet toy. Easy enough to get around and the place was fairly tidy, perhaps would have got 4 stars if the lady on the tills smiled and was friendly.
