A huge thank you to your very lovely employee Nexus! An absolute credit to your store, always very helpful and friendly. But on one occasion there was only one item left on the shelf that I needed, the box had absolutely had it. He made sure every single piece was in there for me and even helped me put it in the car. Thank you so much again Nexus, very appreciated. Corby store.
It's big, lots of bargains and most of all, tidy. It didn't have the usual jumbled up, messy look or feel like many other local branches. The staff were busy stocking and tidying shelves, there was more than one till open. I had to check I was actually in a B&M store. Well worth an extra 10 minutes drive, will visit again.
What a disgrace! Barely anything priced, random stuff on random shelves to fill a hole.n50% of the plants were way past their best!nAs for the staff! The check out girl was damn right rude, couldn’t give a toss about the products purchased, just tossed them down the checkout picture frames by the way!.nSeveral calls for colleagues to come help her on the tills! No one came, left her on her own with an aisle full of customers!nWell, it’s the last time! I shall be using the Range and home bargains in future!! Shocking
One of the better B and M's, staff are mostly pleasant and helpful and this store seems better stocked than some others, eg I have gone to other stores often and the offers advertised are never available / stocked. You have to spend time to find items priced good as so many things are actually more expensive than other places.
Prices were wrong or missing. Good for home and garden stock. The quality of the product definitely matches the price
