A massive thank you to Halfords, the battery on my car decided to not work after fueling on the Morrisons forecourt. I popped over to ask for help, the chap on the reception desk said it wasn't a problem and asked a lovely member of his team - Josh, to come and assist. Josh walked over to the petrol station, took my key whilst I walked round and begun setting up the battery boost pack or whatever they are called I was asked to start the car, it wouldn't work but it was discovered that something was loose on the battery. He fixed it enough to start the car but wanted to use the correct tool to ensure it stayed repaired. I drove the car to the autocentre and 2 mins later I was on my way. I felt awful with a cold on this day and the kindness and professionalism of this garage, in particular Josh was very much appreciated. Thank you again
Staff not very pleasant to deal with. Received my car back with oily stain on my seat and mats. Accessories left on my passenger seat wheel locking nut etc
Brilliant, I was on holiday visiting my daughter in Chesterfield and the starter motor went on my car, I rang and fortunately they were able to do it straight away. Nathan and his team pulled out all the stops for me for which I was truly grateful. Well done Halfords.
Hidden charges on their tyres. Eg. £3 disposal fee that is not mentioned before you go to the checkout.

Incredibly helpful guys! Halfway through a two hour drive home and the middle section of my exhaust snapped - I didn't have the tools to remove it, got myself off the motorway and pulled in here to try and borrow a ratchet and socket - they did one better and got my car up on the ramp and removed it for me. Really made my day and goes to show there are people willing to help you even if you aren't a paying customer. Thanks, guys!

Went for free mot apart of the motoring club done within an hour great stuff
Why ask for feedback when I had to cancel the appointment and still waiting for a call for my refund and a new booking. Poor communication.
