Extremely poor.nnI paid £270 for a full service and an additional £60 for the replacement of the cabin filter. Following the service, I have discovered several serious concerns which have left me with little confidence that the service was carried out correctly.nnFirstly, the engine oil level was found to be extremely low, despite an oil and filter change being a fundamental part of a full service. Secondly, the coolant level was also found to be extremely low if not empty! despite the vehicle having been in their care for servicing. I subsequently drove the vehicle for several hours before realising these issues, and I am extremely concerned that I may have unknowingly driven the car in a condition that could have caused serious engine damage.nnIn addition, I paid extra for the cabin filter to be replaced due to poor airflow from the ventilation system. However, the airflow issue remains unchanged, and a brief inspection of the filter shows it is very dirty which has led me to question whether the cabin filter was replaced at all.nnGiven these issues, I do not believe the service was carried out with reasonable care and skill, as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’m now contacting them for a refund so I can get my service done elsewhere. Dangerous.
Overall brilliant service.nMOT picked up a tyre bulge. I was advised which tyre was needed and I purchased online then called Jamal who booked the car in for fitting and MOT next morning.nAll work completed on time. Communication was exceptional and all staff there were courteous and helpful.
Excellent customer service. When I inadvertently booked my MOT in a different Testing Station to my normal one, the staff took over re-arranging the whole thing for me. I was kept up to date throughout the whole test and promptly informed when the car was ready for collection. Trouble free and totally reliable.
This was the first MOT and service due since moving to Chesterfield. What great service I received. Service and MOT done brilliantly by Riley and then Kieran called me to advise on the recommendations, giving me a rundown on everything. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Kieran also told me what service I needed to book next year. A really helpful and friendly place. I will definitely be booking the spark plug replacement here. Will be recommending to family and friends.
Amazing service from Alice and Jamal. My car needed a lot of work doing to it, Alice went above and beyond to ensure the parts arrived and were fitted for me the same day. She was amazing at explaining what work needed doing to the car to get it through it's MOT and was very patient with me even on the hottest day of the year!. They both stopped on a extra 10 mins once the garage closed so I could pick it up the same day. Will definitely be returning and recommending them to family and freinds. .
