Would Definitely Recommend I have been taking my BMW 730d to Paul at Topflight for a few years now. I always trust an honest appraisal of my vehicle from Paul and the work that is carried out is top class. Recently had my wheels refurbished and certain parts of the car resprayed. The wheels look brand new and the car itself looks amazing, the paint work is fantastic. I am never disappointed with the price and the customer service is excellent. My car is 14 years old now so I dare say I will need more work done to it, but will have the confidence that it will be done correctly and honestly. Cheers Paul and crew!!!
After being stung a few times in the past, I was looking for a reliable garage to take my car to for a service, Topflight was recommended by a family member. As always I’d left booking until the last minute as I need it doing while I was on annual leave, it looked like I would have to wait a few weeks due to the waiting list but when I explained I needed it done sooner ideally, Paul and his team managed to fit me within 5 days of contacting them. Within 2-3 hours of dropping the car off, I received a text with a link to video of my service showing some of the checks that where conducted, showing footage and live feedback on the underside of the car. Any points that were picked up were mentioned on the video and I was told that I would receive a call back with my quotation. As promised within 30 minutes I had a call back, with a quotation for the works with no pressure to go ahead. I decided to go ahead with the work and the car was completed for collection by 1pm the same day. Overall I am really impressed with the service I received and quality of work completed by Topflight. I use Top Flight for everything to do with my BMW. They are always reasonably priced, excellent customer service and the video update of the car is an added professional touch. I have had breaks, service, mot done recently and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of service and workmanship. Fully recommend this garage.Services: Tires
Without a doubt wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else. I have been taking my car here since the garage opened. They are super accommodating even when I forget to book my service in they managed to fit me in. Friendly, professional and great quality work. Great advice and always honest. Used the guys at Topflight for all the BMW's I've owned over the years and the service is second to none. My F80 M3 was just dinged in a car park, resulting in a big scuff alongside the driver side door. The car is black, making a bad repair all the more obvious.. however the guys did an incredible job and turned it around for me in under 48 hours leaving the finish flawless. Fantastic garage, Paul and his team cannot do enough for you, they work around my work schedule which is a massive help to me. Recently had full service, bootlip and front grilles on my bmw 4 series and the car looks great, booking in again to have m performance kit fitted and m.o.t coming up.
