Robbed! Booked my Luton van in for tracking. Got a quote of £36. Picked the van up and got a bill for £93.60. Queried this ( as you would!) and was told that £36 was only for the use of the equipment. Actually putting the tracking right was extra. Thought this should have been mentioned , at least before extra work was started. Won't be going back and suggest if anyone really has to use this outfit they get a detailed written quote.

Very happy with the service. Was tricky trying to source the part i was after, however they managed it. Part then didn't fit so they sent the part away to be altered to fit my lorry at no extra price. excellent service.

Good afternoon, I start with asking if the grumpy man in the corner is in more of a polite mood today? Yesterday I attended to have my partners car tracked, to which I was greeted by the older colleague who lacks essential customer service skills. Secondly, the time in which it took to complete the job was 1.5hrs - in which time the mechanic did the best he could given the situation but at the same time this has left the car in a worse position than when it came to you for tracking. Surely after a period of time of the job not going too well a sense of customer service kicks in and lets the customer know whats happening? But I suppose that would happen in an environment where customer service is important. Ok, so you did what I paid you to do of a fashion as the car is worse than before. Surely an assessment is made beforehand, rather than attempting and in essence failing, I would have been more pleased to leave than cause more of a detrimental impact. Back to the level of customer service - on arrival I was asked if I was waiting or leaving. I was waiting with the vehicle not expecting it to take 1.5 hours. On asking the older colleague he advised "the lad who does cars is on his lunch so it'll get done when he's back" not too helpful really. An hour in and I asked another colleague how much longer as I specifically booked in for 1pm to be done in time to collect my children. The older colleague beckoned a younger collegue to reception to deal with me. He did his job, he rang through to the workshop and found out and said he'd have a better idea in 10mins. 20 mins passed and I was still no the wiser on the matter. The car then came back to the front at which point I went to investigate the issue myself. Job done as best they could. Came into pay, lack of customer service and general politeness from the back office again as they just sat and starred until the younger lad was sent through again to take payment. All in all.... disappointing level of service from a large mechanical firm like yourselves. And I feel for the guys that work with the old man in the corner as the manner in which he spoke to other colleagues is somewhat disrespectful.

My truck broke down on delivery in Chesterfield, on phoning Daf Aid, a very professional chap came out from this dealership and within minutes had discovered the problem (starter motor) and within roughly 50 mins a new starter was fitted and I was back on the road. Thank You!

Always friendly, helpful and good value. Don't go to a main dealer use a local firm like this.
