Awesome customer service, always willing to help and offer great advice too. I've taken in both very expensive cars and older, less nice vehicles and I'm always treated the same way. Would highly recommend 😊

I have no problems with the autocentre at all. I've taken my car there twice for an mot and full service and have experienced no problems what so ever. Very helpful and polite. I am only writing this as there is no review page for the shop itself. So I'm writing it here. I will say the manager is an arrogant ass wipe. I went there today to look at some alloy wheels. There was no price, so my partner kindly asked an assistant. We followed her only to hear the manager tell her "I DON'T KNOW, DEPENDS ON THE CAR." In his cocky ass wipe tone. He had no interest in dealing with us. Couldn't be bothered! I've spent a lot of money at St Austells' Halfords over the years. I don't think I'll be spending any more! 👋

I am a regular customer at Halfords Autocentre  St.Austell ,and every time I have to have work done here I am impressed at the courtesy and professional way all the staff here treat the customers ,and go about there business.
Nothing is too much trouble ,and it's not just me, every customer that calls in is treated in the same way.
That's why I keep returning to this branch .
Well done  to them all, they are a credit to the company.
