Keith Geach is without question one of the rudest men I have encountered and offers the worse customer service imaginable! 

I have used his garage numerous times over the last few years for my MOT's due to his location in the centre of town. I dropped my vehicle to him for an MOT yesterday and advised him that to my knowledge there was an issue with one of the lights, which he said they could sort out. He 'phoned me at 11.30 to tell me the outcome and the bits that needed attention, including the lights which he said he would do. He advised me of another job that needed doing, and as he couldn't do it I said I would take it elsewhere before returning it for a re-test. 

I went to collect my vehicle at 3.15, I found him to be very off hand and he told me he hadn't done the lights as there was no point until I had got the other job done. He handed me my key and test certificate and entered the fee into the card machine, at which point a male customer came in and they began a conversation. I was handed my card receipt without a single word of thanks or arranging to take the vehicle back, I was totally ignored. I left slamming the door behind me.

I got home and told my husband I was going to call him to ask why he had been so rude to me, he told me that Keith had rung earlier to 'discuss a few things about the car' so my husband had said I was already on my way. He hadn't made any mention of anything whilst I was at the garage, too rude for that! So I rang, and yet again was met with rude, condescending comments. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE - you will be treated like a total idiot, by a man who has no intention of helping or advising you just giving rude comments and poor customer service.
