If you want a reliable technician that gets your vehicle repaired, don't use Dukes. I tried Dukes once, they diagnosed the first problem, sold me a new battery. Happy days. When the battery died 6 X weeks later Dukes went quiet, eventually informing me Gavin was recovering from a heart attack. Have the benefit of doubt and booked a second call giving over a week notice. '50 minutes' before they were due to arrive, Dukes called to say they had a more important job and were not going to make it. Not "can we re-schedule?", no alternate solution. It was as if they could not be bothered. Go to Sands Garage instead! *****^ Your reply is an utter lie. When I suggested bringing the battery to toy to swap you told me you were unavailable due to recovering from heart attack. Your organisation is utterly despicable!

Used Dukes for the first time for my little Suzuki. Very professional service, even picked me up and droped me home. Gave me a full report of all work done and potential future problems. Excellent friendly communication Very pleased with the service would recomend and will be using them for future mechanics. Many Thanks
