It's a provincial town centre, with a reasonable selection of shops and eating places. Like everywhere else, businesses are suffering with the cost of rent and rates, so many have closed, there are some empty units and the main growth area seems to be charity shops and coffee outlets. Used to be better.
I do like halesowen I used to live in the area, nice pubs nice places to eat good bus service, yeah nice area.
The bus station is clean, and it’s mostly the locals there. It’s quiet, there aren’t that many people around and I mean it’s a little strange admittedly but there’s always classical music on in the station. Also the Cornbow is a decent place to shop and it’s really convenient that the bus station is right by it.

Hard to say I loved it, as it its just a bus station. It is well looked after, with good signage and lighting though.
Very clean bus station. Great that the doors to get on the bus only open when a bus pulls in which is ideal on the colder days. Only issue is the lack of seating.

It relatively clean, staff are on site but not all of the time. Kids congregate and mess about so that can be a pain and at times some of the display boards don't work.
Clean, easy to read bus schedule. Seating areas available. The staff are friendly and polite.
