With a community of homeless set up on the way into the shopping centre/markets, and their aggressive begging, makes it a place to avoid. Security is none existent, unless they think you comply with their over bullying tone. Youths riding through on bikes/scooter, people vaping/ smoking weed, it's a great advert for anyone visiting West Bromwich for the 1st time.
We always feel very uncomfortable in there due to very suspicious people hanging around in there.But the bus station itself is clean,even though the toilets are not.
In the daytime very clean but passed midnight theres lots of homeless people can be very scary...was told it's shut on the night but not sure .....
Nicely built and serves its purpose well, but I wouldn't recommend hanging around here after dark though, especially if you're alone.
Very clean. Good sign posting can locate your bus or coach easily. Helpful staff
