The person I had was deaf she couldn't hear the buzzer
Not the best. I've got lots of evidence of people smoking, playing football and even full on fights at this place. I don't feel safe when I'm here but it costs a fair bit too report anything so good luck getting them to care about rule breakers. Buses have been hours late for me but are reliable none the less. I recommend using Google maps instead of the bus app. Generally Google is a little more accurate and specific.
good atmosphere, clean enough, you can spend time with your family and go shopping. everything is close, you don't have to go far
Nicely organised, there is a place for information with kind staff. Satisfied.
It's quite a busy bus station, far from the nicest to be fair but it does its job. It probably looks the same now as it did in the 1980s.
Not very happy with this bus station waited a hour yesterday to get home due to no shows of any of my buses. The 14A drove straight past us didnt pick anyone up. My mom seen it drive past our house after this had happened which means he carried on with the timetable and didnt pick the 15 people waiting for the bus up. The 14A im having the most trouble with. Its made me late to work servail times but not showing or driving past everyone. It needs to be sorted out its not fair as it onlt shows up every hour.
Easy to find bus stops you need
Good bus station, with plenty of choices of where to go, and most buses run fairly frequently and a few platinums to Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The station is generally clean, I have not seen anyone smoking while I have gone here, the times on the monitors are generally pretty accurate, and the buses are pretty clean. The only issue I have with this station is that it can be quite chilly in Winter. All in all, it's clean, orderly and has plenty of buses.
Right , I was walking home and a bus swirved into a puddle and soaked me my phone has now got water damage and does not work at all , iPhone 11 and yes they are water proof but for some reason that luck didn’t come to me this evening . My phone no longer works and now I am currently using my iPad. I’d like to complain because yes the weather was bad but there was no need to do that .
CLEAN YOUR BUSES!!!!!!!!, every bus I've been on since last week has filthy windows drowning in dirt!!!!, Absolutely disgusting state, you should be ashamed
