We stayed in the hotel fir the weekend and had a lively time. The rooms were clean and provided toiletries and hairdryer. Tea and coffee was available in room. All rooms had a fan. The gardens are beautiful and relaxing to sit in. Staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and no restrictions on what you could have. Would happily stay there again
We have been here countless times. Always an excellent visit. Food and service is always great- very reliable. They do excellent theme nights too.
We visited the hotel for a wake on the afternoon of the Queen's funeral, this was a Bank Holiday. The hotel serving staff were friendly and efficient. The sandwiches and cakes were tasty The room was spacious with seating for most people and room to circulate. A good venue for such an event.
Went for a family lunch. The selections of the menu varied in quality greatly, atmosphere was flat . Decor dated but clean.

Met friends there for lunch. Was busy with some large groups gathered. Some for pleasure, some for funerals. We were sat in quiet sunroom type extension and we'll looked after by very hardworking waiter. All enjoyed our meals off various menus.

Excellent service in the restaurant there were 10 of us for an 80th Birthday party. Food was fabulous really good value for money for a 3 course set summer menu. Definitely go back.
Nice spacious room, with walk in bath. Very clean bedding and linen. Nice breakfast. Good carpark, close to town center. Handy for airport, NEC and Warwickshire's many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff helped to make our stay enjoyable. Good , recommended evening menu with themed dishes on certain nights, well worth checking for.
Here for a special family lunch today. Food was superb, service was good. Overall excellent as always.Service: 5/5
