Our stay was amazing and couldn't have been better. The rooms were clean comfortable and beautiful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. But it was the staff we appreciate the most, Greg and the team made us feel welcomed like family and never steered us wrong with advice for the food or local knowledge on places to go visit during our stay. Absolutely well worth the price.
Last Minute trip booked at the end of half term.. We had a family room/suite and it was outstanding. The dinner, bed and breakfast deal was well worth the money. Excellent food, lovely staff and lovely rooms. Nice atmosphere in the bar area whilst watching the rugby. Devil's Bridge itself is a lovely walk too. Can't wait to go back.
Stayed for 2 nights full board at this wonderful hotel last week. Absolutely faultless - superb room on the top floor with fabulous views and sounds of the waterfalls, a huge comfy bed, delicious breakfast and dinner and plenty of it!, and of course the location, which is stunning! And the icing on the cake was that every single staff member was friendly and cheerful, all lovely people who had time to chat and have a bit of banter. The location is perfect for visiting the fascinating Devils Bridge Falls just 1 minute's walk away! and then there's Aberystwyth which is a lovely seaside town 20 minutes away by car, or an hour away by steam train from the station just around the corner. Either journey takes you through some beautiful scenery, definitely worth doing. Top tip: after dinner, keep your eyes open for a vacant sofa in front of the log burner and finish the evening off watching the flames with a nightcap! Magic!
What a lovely hotel, serving the most fantastic food, the rooms have great character and style, comfortable beds, WiFi, TV, tea and coffee and an ensuite bathroom with fab shower and toiletries. Our room had a gorgeous view and our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and the choice was amazing, what a feast to start the day! The service was very good throughout, even when the Hotel had a large group booking in the evening, we were advised of this and our service was still top quality. Being so near to Devils Bridge, the steam railway, it's cafe , chocolate shop, great ice-cream shop and another cafe didn't visit this, means you can easily leave your car and enjoy a weekend on foot. Devils Bridge Falls....that in itself is a great walk walking boots with amazing scenery and views especially during the autumn sunshine. Just fabulous!
Extremely delicious food with extremely generous portions. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the food was fairly priced. Beautiful scenic location added to the experience too.
Service ok but food not! Ordered pie of the day- different flavour to what I was told- came with what looked and tasted like Sundays leftover mash and veg! Oh and minted peas from the fish and chip dish- nice the chef made an effort- not! Won’t bother returning!
Butternut squash soup, starter and locally caught trout for main. Delicious, really nice atmosphere and perfect place to grab some food before or after the devils bridge falls walk :
Wow, what a beautiful looking hotel conversion, featured in the BBC detective Drama series "Hinterland" as the "Devil's Bridge Children's Home" Watch it, you won't regret it and set in absolutely breathtakingly beautiful scenery. Wales surely has some gems that are overlooked by many tourists. But I will be looking out for this stunning place next time I'm in Wales.

We’ve been staying in the area recently, and have dined here numerous times. Lovely atmosphere, modern interior, and friendly staff. The logo displaying the three bridges is a nice touch! Our meals all arrived quickly, tasted good and were presented beautifully. Prices seemed slightly high, but there isn’t much competition in the area so this was expected. Nice variety of ales and lagers, and dog friendly too. Very satisfied.
