At first I was impressed with their friendly service and reasonable rates. However my car came back in a worse state after repairs to the engine and suspension. The suspension now vibrates and the overall average miles to the gallon went from a great 47 mpg to a poor 39 mpg. Something they could not rectify after I took the car back and complained.
