Had to find another place to service my brand new Bailey Córdoba. After a few calls I got through and spoke to a lady who asked, “did I but it from them” which surprised me somewhat as they are not Bailey dealers. When I said that I had not she informed me that they did not really service other vans. I was astonished that they turned custom away but immediately said thank you and found a more amiable dealer to give my money too.

Very rude female receptionist who made me feel a nuisance. I was treated like a five year old child not the fifty plus woman that I am. I bought a new caravan from Glossop caravans and unfortunately one of the wardrobe doors was damaged when we bought it. Despite the replacement door coming very quickly it took longer to get six holes drilled in the replacement door than to buy the caravan. Treated like royalty when I was buying the new caravan, treated like something you had stepped in when it came to replacing a damaged part. Where are the drinks and chocolate now? Really pleasant young amale member of staff who collected the parts from me and ensured they were drilled there and then whilst I waited. This gentleman and whoever drilled the holes in the door were the only redeeming feature for this service centre.

After suffering a broken door lock on my new Elddis caravan, the cause was taken up by Anne Metcalfe, the service centre manager. Her frustration with the inability of suppliers to produce the parts - for a now insecure caravan - was equalled only by mine. Eventually after many phone calls, the parts were delivered and fitted. The whole process took about eight weeks, and through all of this Anne kept me updated, harassed the component suppliers, and even managed to get delivery of a lock barrel in less than five days, despite being quoted a twenty eight day lead time. Thank you.

Shambles as usual - that's the last service I will have at this place. If you must have a 'front of house person' checking you in when you arrive a basic amount of politeness would be nice .Hello name please and thank you instead of an abrupt NAME and nothing else ! Also a caravan with a jockey wheel assembly lathered in grease and a sheet of paper over the door mat claiming the van has been cleaned using Auto Glym products does not constitute a good service !
