A section of Glossop footpath 81 was ordered to be moved/replaced when the land was grabbed.nIt was not replaced.nThis company appear to not care and neither do the council after it was brought to both their attention by AceAudits.
Had to take our brand new Coachman for number of repairs. Drop the caravan off the day before book in. Kieran booked us in and informed us to go for a coffee and he would try to get the repairs done right away. 2 hours later Kieran phoned to say all the repairs had been done and we could pick the van up. Kieran thank you so so much for all your help. Thank you to everyone whom helped to get the repairs ASAP. Shame on coachman whom turn out to be a total waste of time. Thanks again glossop
Had a couple of problems with my new Elddis Chatsworth Caravan the solar panel wasn't Charging which turned out to be just a blown fuse the electric part of my heating was just blowing cold air glossop diagnosed a broken PCB board which they sorted as a warranty claim could not fault the service received from the service department was always kept up to date with progress and parts arrival worked around my Easter break for the collection once again thank you so much.nkind regardsnnStephen Irving
Glossop caravans service centre had my Lunar Lexon 2016 in to fix my front roof sky light from leaking. Did they fix it no they claim throw warrantynTo have it done but did not fix it I am on holiday after having operation for stomach cancer it stared raining outside and raining in my caravan you phone them up and you get no answer of them. They love to sell you caravans but they don't know how to fix them. This is the 3 caravan I have had from Glossop caravans and the worst.They have no mobile caravan fitters to fix thing that could be fixed on site
Fantastic service from start to finish. All staff extremely helpful. When any niggles arise, Glossop have swiftly acted and corrected issues, all without quibble. Anthony and Lee deserve a special mention. Would and have recommended to all! Thank you.
