Called into Halfords, Glossop this morning as my new bike had a flat tyre when it hasn't even been ridden. The service I received was excellent.  Matthew got my bike onto a stand straight away and fitted a new inner tube.  He then went on to show me how to remove the wheels for ease of transport.  Nothing was too much trouble and I certainly will go back to this store in the future. Well done Matthew.. 👍👍 Helen..

My husband and I were served by Jordan today, an extremely knowledgeable and helpful young man who was helping with our rear brake lights. So refreshing to meet a member of staff in any retail store that is clearly passionate about their job. Well done Jordan and Halfords need to keep this young man as he will go places !

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a smaller store but the staff will order something in for you or price match from other shops. Very pleased.

Young man who works there has replaced  2 headlight and rear light bulbs in the past 2 years and my car battery - really  helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent service.
