Fantastic service from the minute we stepped in the door. Andrew was so welcoming, understanding and answered all our queries without hesitation. I popped into Ford Glossop on a whim after testing a fair few other cars beforehand as I was looking for a new hybrid or EV car and Jack helped me look at a few they had there and arranged for me to test the one I liked. Jack has been amazing throughout the whole buying process from start to finish, from his knowledge, friendliness and attitude all the way along the process right down to collection day making sure I was happy with everything and the vehicle. He’s a credit to the branch! Even offered me a brew, can’t fault anything at all :

Excellent service from start to finish from our salesman Jack Juby. We have part exchanged our car for a used vehicle at the Old Trafford branch. Jack brought it over to Glossop no problem and kept on contact with us throughout the whole process. There was no pressure at any stage, he even gave us his honest opinion about another car we were interested in previously, showing it's not all about a sale. Would Definately recommend and use again.
