A brilliant fitness class, and certainly the most enjoyable one I have done in over 30 years of various different exercise regimes. ! Made so many new friends that I really enjoy training side by side with. I never get bored as the routine changes every two weeks, it keeps you motivated and makes exercising more effective. All the coaches give you plenty of encouragement during the class, we get to have laughs along the way and also enjoy socialising on H.A.B.I.T nights out every few months . The times of the classes are great for shift workers. Classes in morning, lunchtime, tea time and evenings. Whatever shift I work I can always make it to 3-4 + classes a week. And because it's a 30 minute session it only takes up a fraction of your day. Another great thing is that it's for all ages and all shapes and sizes , if you're struggling with any old niggling injuries, the coaches will alway adapt and advise you on an alternative way of doing that exercise. I'm fitter and lighter now than I was 25 years ago, which proves it's never too late to get fit. Try it!

Great routines and convenient times/locations for working mammi's juggling busy lives. Look forward to each class as I have made great friends who support and encourage! 👍👍👍
