I would like to share my excellent experience of visiting this shop while looking for a diamond ring. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who initially helped me to see some of my preferred options up close. She then called over the manager of the store, Dan, when I wanted some more detailed information on the technicalities – given that I was a complete novice. I found Dan to be very knowledgeable and keen to share this information with me. Indeed, he was able to competently answer my increasingly technical queries on metal types, diamonds’ cut, clarity and so on. He mentioned that H. Samuel had allowed him the opportunity to attend a course on the subject and I felt that this, combined with his obvious passion for the area, had paid significant dividends when it came to informing the customer in a detailed manner. He was also very helpful in informing me about the various payment options available. In the end, I decided to buy the ring elsewhere, due to a personal preference on the design front. As such, I can’t speak to the actual sales process. I can, however, highly recommend visiting this shop and meeting the staff, especially if there is something that particularly takes your fancy design-wise. I am sure I will be back.

Went here with my son last week to purchase a watch for him. The young lady who serves us was very good and kind and a great salesperson. A credit to your company for sure.

We visited your shop in Beaumont Leys not knowing that we would meet an amazing manager called Dan ,myself and my mum had some jewellery to sell for charity and there was plenty of it ,he was like a child in a sweet shop, so excited about every peice like it was personal to him .he had written down everything we needed to know as there was alot of information to remember, he is so knowledgeable and a caring individual he is a credit to your company and we would definitely recommend this store and manager to anyone .thank you Dan.

I had ordered the wrong size for my now fiancée's engagement ring but when we went to the store to look into fixing this, we expected long complicated forms and a struggle but we were met with incredible customer service both at sending the rings off Hazel sorted this for us and was incredibly kind and at the collection Sarah was also brilliant and incredibly funny and relatable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this store. Thank you.

£20 to take a couple of links out of a watch strap is too much. Service was good though

I brought some more jewellery from samuels I was lucky enough to get Danny to serve me he is so helpful nothing is to much trouble he now knows what I like he is good enough to show me anything he may think I may like, I always look out for Danny now I would rather wait for him to serve me we can have a laugh with him he is such a asset to your company thank you Danny Beaumont Leys shop

Lovely clean shop, display cases all looked spick & span, the staff were very polite and courteous, we were served by a very friendly staff member, she found just what l was after, boxed it, bagged it & all with a smile.... . .

Thanks to Sarah for helping me choose an item today - ended up with lovely drop earrings - and making the shopping experience very pleasant indeed. A credit to the firm. Mrs Regan
