Can be expensive or cheap, depends on the mood of the owners. One is nice, the other one will probably accuse you of stealing and will want to check your bag.

Vast selection of cars, easy to access and you can take stuff off yourself. One of the best scrapyards in the north west. Loads of interesting and older stuff around the edges.

Easter Bank Holiday Monday, something went bang on my vehicle, the mechanic had a good look at the engine and diagnosed a blown turbo, although unable to repair the vehicle, he supplied us with the information we required to get us on our way, for that I am grateful.

Probably most modern scrappy round here. Problem is the brother who runs is pretty arrogant....the others sound as a pound.

Bad business morals and ethic in my opinion .. my disabled mother needed a new wheel for her car as one was cracked and dangerous to drive.. They tried to upsell and convince her to buy 4 wheels for £100, when she refused the upsell as she only needed the one they charged her £50 for it! I understand a set was split but surely it's bad business to charge her double for one wheel, she was taken advantage of in my opinion... perhaps an opinion shared by more than myself.
