Placed a Click & Collect order at the Wrexham branch for Thule roof rails, but was told the stock was unavailable due to an error. The only alternatives offered were a refund or a more expensive version, and the website chat and phone system were no help.nnHowever, Paul in-store completely turned things around. He found a new but unpackaged set, offered a reasonable discount, and double‑checked everything before I left. Thanks to his professionalism and effort, my roof rack is fitted and the experience ended on a high.

I had problems starting car and the symptoms pointed to a defective battery. I drove into Halfords in Wrexham and enquired about a battery test. Within two minutes a technician was testing the battery which was found to be down to 17%. A new battery seemed to be the answer to the problem.  Unfortunately the vehicle would still not start which meant the there was a problem with the starter motor which was draining the battery. To cut a long story short the staff at Halfords were nothing short of amazing trying everything to rectify the issue. In the end it was diagnosed as a faulty starter motor. We were there two and a half hours and in the end the staff pushed the car up the car park and gave me a push to bump start the vehicle which enabled us to travel the 65 miles to home. I can't rate this team highly enough and they most certainly went above and beyond. My ebike has spent the last 5 weeks in halfords iv no idea when im getting it back as halfords own in house brand  carrea cant seem to get hold of the part i need constantly going to the store for information as no one wants to give me a courtesy call if nothing else to let me know whats happening the guy cant even order the part because hes no idea when one it might be availible customer service is pointless as all they do is refer you back to the store for someone there to ring with an update on my bike but no bothers to give me a call or i ring the store no picks up disgusting service i will never use halfords for a bike infuture they cant fix them yet have cycle plans for repairs and maintaince thats great if you can actually get a part for your bike

Really annoyed, I needed my MOT to be done tomorrow, so I booked and paid online even joining a membership, managed to get a good time for 1300hrs. Guess what! The phone me at 17:30 to tell me they don’t have any MOT testers in tomorrow, a multi million pound company and they can block a calendar date. Only just joined and already feel what the heck have I done.
