Went into Wrexham Halfords and the cashier was very helpful and directed me to where her tech colleague was.  He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.  I have booked an appointment to have a dash cam system fitted on Saturday - pleased I didn’t have to wait too long for an available slot.

Order and collection for my order was great at the Wrexham store. However, the item I purchased was not fit for purchase and did not work. I ordered a bottle of the ‘All Purpose Paint Stripper - Nitromors’. I followed the instructions exactly on the tin and it did not work. It was a waste of a day at home working on DIY. I will be sticking to the traditional method of paint stripping from now on. Do not buy Nitromors!

Unfortunately we have just received a fine for parking at Halfords Wrexham, as we exceeded the limit of 30 minutes. This is due to having work done to my car. The work carried out was great, however I don’t think we will be using Halfords again as 30 minutes parking maximum seems ridiculous when they offer services to install and fix cars.

Always tend to find car related issues a bit intimidating- ordered new headlight bulbs and fitting and was nervous walking into Halfords in Wrexham. However was greeted by Teagan who was very kind and professional. Walked me to my car, talked me through what they were doing and even cleaned some of the plug in bits technical term  for me.nAlso was a star and checked all my other lights worked and helped me with the headlight adjuster. All done and dusted quickly and easily. Can’t recommend highly enough and Teagan is a gem!

Great service from start to finish. Michelle was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when helping us choose a bike for our daughter. The process of ordering was quick and easy. On the day of collection, myself and my daughter arrived at the store, and unfortunately my daughter quickly became poorly and needed assistance. Michelle went above and beyond to help us, making sure my daughter was ok and that we had everything we needed. She provided us with private space and really looked after us. We ended up leaving the bike and going to hospital to be on the safe side!nWhen I returned the next day to collect the bike, I spoke with Michelle again and thanked her for her care regarding my daughter. Again, a brilliant service, the bike was ready to collect and Michelle gave me some handy tips regarding the bike. Thank you Michelle, my daughter loves her bike!
