Took 2.5 hours for 2 tyres to be fitted after arriving on time for an 8:30 appointment. Tyres were in stock. Totally incompetent.

Where to start..... nope can't be bothered with detail so to summarise:  poorly fitted exhaust, cross threading bolts (they didn't accept liability for), no notification that MOT staff hadn't turned in ( still advertise this service even though they don't) and most serious, moved a tire from front to rear that was damaged in the inside (you can clearly see the wear if tire is off the car or on a ramp).  All round make do attitude that I wont put my families lives in danger with again!
