Carl did an excellent job on a small dent I had on my car at a reasonable price, would highly recommend him to anyone and a really nice genuine chap.

Asking for quotations and refused to quote me as he claimed I wanted a "cheap" job?! The nerve of this guy, so rude when he accused me of this. 

Excuse me but I need to get quotations from garages if my insurance is telling me to do so... so how can I be looking for a "cheap" job... I was recommended by word of mouth for a small dent and paint repair and he told me to go elsewhere... even went as far as to tell me he had 40 years experience in bodywork!

 And then told me to go to Minera body shop...Great service Carl! I'll take my business elsewhere then as per your request and perhaps as a small word of advice, not to accuse your customers of a cheap job as insurances wants quotes from local body shops...
