I totally recommend Kit for one to one personal training. I chose her for her specialism in women's health, as I started training during my third pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable, and I felt very safe working within the limits of the pregnancy, but also seeing progress with results. She keeps the sessions varied and fun, which keeps me motivated. She also has a wicked sense of humour, so I do really enjoy the time with her.
In March 2023 I decided I was going to lose 2 stone in weight. A bit ambitious if I'm honest and would have been happy with a stone! My arthritis was finally in check and I wanted to feel like the old me again. 6 lbs weight loss in with Slimming World online, I knew I needed to do more than just diet and decided to treat myself to a personal trainer. At the time it felt a bit extravagant but Kit came highly recommended and is the best thing I ever did. We started, once a week in late April 2023 and since then every session has been different, you don't get into a dull routine that I have done in the past, by myself in the gym! We box, we do weights, we do triathlons without leaving the gym yes really and lots of fun exercises. We go to the beach or the Downs in the summer, work hard in her gym when it's colder and in between I do 2 to 3, 20 minute workouts at home with simple bands and weights. I reached my 2 stone weight loss a couple of months ago with a huge thanks to Kit's knowledge, encouragement and nutritional advice. 2 dress sizes down and feeling amazing. I'm in my early 50's and have never felt fitter and healthier. Everyone needs Kit in their life :-
Kit is the single best thing I have done for myself. Been working with her for over 10 yrs & I have never had a bad session. I always leave feeling I just did something good for my health & well being. All sessions are planned & differ each time. I get good advice about nutrition & food too! She's the best! A ****
I have been going to Kit for eight years now. I wanted to get fit, lose weight and have tips for more healthy lifestyle. She has excelled and still does on all three. I have lost over a stone in weight and did a 10k in 57 mins, my personal best. Every class is different, which is no mean feat after all this time. She has a really well equipped gym. Always professional but has right balance of that and friendliness and always positive. She often sends me links to info about fitness/lifestyle. I really appreciate how she holds my body fitness/healthiness in mind. She is very committed and super conscientious. I can say this as I have had several PT’s before. She is enabling and a really good motivator. I would not hesitate in recommending her. No comparison!
I have worked out with Kit since 2020 when I was in Whitstable full time. Now I am back to more occasional visits I always try to fit in a session or two when I am down from London. It makes a huge difference to be working out in the beach. My most recent session really kickstarted me again.
Kit is incredibly supportive and encouraging. She is creative in coming up with fun sessions, most of mine being outside as I prefer that and I feel so good after training with her. Through having one to one sessions with her I also got the confidence to take up jogging again!
Kit is very good at what she does, great at motivating you and putting you through your paces! She will even give you a certificate for a skeptical husband if you need one . Would heartily recommend
I worked with Kit for a year- I was fed up with yo yo dieting and lack of exercise. Kit understood exactly the changes I needed to make. Each session was exciting and challenging, from working in her home gym and exercising on the beach … I reached my goal weight and have maintained it, Kit taught me so much about healthy eating and appropriate exercise - I feel blessed that I worked with Kit and have continued a healthy life style.
I worked with Kit for 2 years and achieved everything I hoped for. My levels of fitness increased so too my motivation and energy levels. More importantly it was fun and I dropped a size without even being too aware of it happening!! Highly recommend!
