Been to many gyms around whitstable, and none compare to Flex appeal. Other than the top of the range gym equipment, the gym has the best staff and atmosphere to offer. Den and Angie are committed to this gym and put in a lot of time, and it really shows.

Never used, never been to, but some how got my home telephone number and decided to ring me at 19:50 and wake my little boy up to try and sell me joining there gym. Don't think so, idiots

The staff here are very friendly and give great advice. The weights are superb - you can go massive if you want to or use the machines and there is loads of cardio equipment too. There aren't egos here either, just people training hard. I've put an inch on my arms, chest and legs and lost two inches on my waist since joining here 2 months ago. No change to my diet, just good, increment training. 

If you live in Whitstable or Herne Bay, this is the place to train!

Angie & Den are very helpful and will create a personal training program geared towards your goals.

It has never been too busy to use the equipment.

Good value membership.
