Sending my 6 year old to Fighting Lions was one of the best things I have done for him to date... Just five months in and he is more focused, motivated and fitness levels have improved greatly. He always enjoys it and will continue to into the future! I've started going myself when I can and I can tell you the ladies only classes are just as enjoyable and fantastic for all levels... Great way to get fit!!! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟

I joined initially for fitness and wasn't sure what to expect as a complete martial arts newbie. From the beginning it's been incredibly beneficial on many levels - for fitness it's far more motivating than going to the gym and has the added value of teaching me strength of mind, self motivation and made me think about my personal development. Very professional instruction with a great bunch of people who have all been really helpful when starting from scratch. Just try it, You won't regret giving it a go!

Looked around for ages to find the right teacher for my challenging 6 year old and knew instantly this was the right place with the right people it made such a difference to him . Great friendly place liked it so much ended up joining the whole family never thought I would ever train again myself but this school and these people gave me the confidence .

Highly recommend fighting lions for anyone at any fitness level, whether youve done any martial arts before or not. Ive learned a fair amount already, been there for a few months and absolutely love it. Has also increased my confidence level by quite alot. So definately worth going there if its something you want to do 👍
