The gym manages to fit a lot of equipment for what is limited space. The variation is a bit unbalanced though and will find yourself making compromises in your workout. The biggest problem though are the amenities. The male changing rooms are unacceptable. Half of the lockers don't work, floor is always wet, the bathroom section is grim, and the shower section is even worse. It's a shame paying close to 30£ per month and not feeling comfortable using the bathroom and shower. Stuff should better manage the customers; a simple sign telling people to clean up ain't gonna cut it. Gotta keep people accountable for their mess in the gym or locker room.

People shaving in the swim rooms, razors and hair being left. Grime left around the pool,  sand at the bottom of the pool, bottles being left, jacuzzi was a horrible colour. One of the room is off, the woman's showers smell of drains, horrible smell. Kids being left unattended, while the adults go in one of the rooms. Snots been on the wall of the pool for about a month now. Its not a pleasant experience.

Great staff, great kit and great facilities. Always enjoy coming here. Plus, the price is really good for the facilities you can use here.

This used to be one of my favourite gyms I used to train weekends here years ago and just came back from not being for like about a year or so and the cleanliness has gone right down hill, the pool area was rammed full of sweaty beasts! There was men shaving there backs and beards in the changing rooms leaving hair all over the sinks and floor, honestly so disappointed as this used to be my little relaxing weekend gym. The previous owner years ago kept the gym and pool area lovely and clean and now it’s just been run into the ground, will not waste my time coming back very disappointing

I tried to make enquiries to join this gym but failed miserably at every twist and turn. Various webform enquiries not responded to. Contact details on their website don't include a phone number. The phone number shown on Google doesn't work. I give up; but I've possibly dodged a bullet looking at some of the reviews

the pool area could be better mold looking scum along the tiles around the pool and spit on the wall that has been left there for 4 weeks, children left unattended near the pool area drink bottles left all over men spitting in the showers near the women's changing facilities needs alot of tlc, also doors unmanned so anyone can literally just enter the gym, gym area has a good variety of machines and u never have to wait to get on one overall good just could do with a deep clean

Great gym facilities with pool, sauna and 2 steam rooms, friendly staff and classes. What could make it better is more leg excersize machines

Really like the pool area, as pool is a decent size. Good number of machines and weights available in the gym as well.  I am retired so avoid it during busier times. I would have given 5 stars but I don't like it when mother's bring their sons into the ladies changing area, some if these kids look quite old, at the moment the family area is not available but from past experience they don't use it anyway

Good place very relaxed but need more hairdryer almost all broken . And need more clean mans changing room !!

One of the worst gyms in terms of equipment in the area. In desperate need of investment. Weights are in a disgraceful state of disrepair, with chunks missing from most bumper plates. Not enough Olympic bars for all benches to be used, this is an inexpensive resolve. Grips missing from a lot of other equipment making them feel uneven. Random sets of dumbells in the rack area, always messy. Machine selection also poor in comparison to other gyms JD/Vision. Genuinely poor throughout but in a convent location. Spa is decent so extra star.
