Decided to shop in store in between lockdowns and was pleasantly surprised and reassured by their covid-safety. And the lady who served me was lovely.

Parcel arrived quickly and all products were in perfect condition. Everything was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap which was great as one item was a pressed powder easily broken and it had to make it all the way to Ireland! Will be ordering from again 

I honestly had a great experience with this shop. I had a few back and forth enquiries via email with Aine who was an absolute star and so helpful! My items arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting and packaged well - I would shop here again in the future, thank you!

I bought a present for my partner. I looked online at what products they had but was unsure what to buy, so I called them up. Great customer service, talking through each of my options. Product arrived when advised. I will definitely be back!

Such a shame to have brilliant products in a store with ZILCH NADA NAUGHT customer care and courtesy from top to bottom employees.Spend your money elsewhere.

Store has nice products BUT blonde lady is SO rude so I recommend to buy from another store otherwise she will just put you off from buyinf anything

Deliveries much slower than advertised. My present purchased for Christmas was marked as dispatch a week ago, but Royal Mail only received it today.
