Not been to the salon but the cafe part could be better. Given how aveda bang on about natural/plant based products they don’t even sell one vegan pastry which is a shame. The tea is good and the settings are great especially as it’s fairly quiet for central London, but poor vegan choice considering the building its in.
My visits to the salon are always made extra special by Dominic and Andre. They are both true experts at what they do - I always leave with a great cut and colour. Beyond this they are both exceptional individuals who truly care and show a genuine interest in their clients. I don’t see this as a just a hair appointment and instead a pamper experience that I look forward to every couple of months. Thank you to both Dominic and Andre - true team effort!
As a lady who wear head scarf Hijab the lovely staff catered so amazingly for my needs for private area to do my treatment. Nice neat private area… What an experience worth every penny
Check in was great and everyone was very friendly. The massage and very lovely hair wash gave the whole experience a wonderful spa feeling. Angelo then very thoroughly interviewed me how I would like my hair styled and went to work. The result looked great and lasted me through the evening event I was getting ready for and the next day. Would recommend and come back I am not local to London so this was not my usual salon.
My usual for over 10years. My hair condition has been amazing thanks to their ecological yet kind to skin and hair products. Very nourishing in a natural way. All the stuff, stylists, artists are amazing. They are not professional and good but also kind and interesting human beings with respects and pride. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
Angelo has a talent for working with curly hair! I have long curly hair and his cut was fantastic. He took off just the right amount and added great shape that I was looking for. Plus he knows how to style it—this was one of the first times in my life that I’ve walked out of a salon without immediately putting my hair in a bun. Thanks Angelo!
Had a wash, cut and blow dry by Angelo and it was amazing. Such an attentive stylist and he did a great job with my hair and fixed a bad cut I’d had elsewhere. Whole process was super relaxing and chilled and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Angelo!ServicesHairstyling
The best massage I’ve had in a very long time! Amie was such a sweetheart and an absolute expert. She knew exactly what my body needed to relax. Just a small thing: It would be nice if customers could leave a tip via credit card, rather than cash only . Overall very happy with everything and the salon is stunning!!
Had a full body massage with Chris C here. My first professional massage, and it was a fantastic experience. He was really welcoming, respectful, and was completely understanding of my desire to be in my own zone. The hour-long massage was thorough and varied pressure where needed, gentle where not, and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. Would highly recommend Chris.
Disappointing. My first time visiting this salon and while the staff were very welcoming at first, I found my hair stylist very unprofessional. Despite saying that I’d like my hair to be styled wavy at the start she styled it straight and when I asked for it to be curled she created such a fuss about not having the relevant hair straightener to curl surprising for a hair salon and even made a point of looking at the time despite there being 15 mins left of my appointment. She made me feel like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. Very rude and not an experience I would expect at Aveda and I won’t be using again. Stylist: Maria
