Wow! What an experience! I was so happy with the service and quality of the food and so glad I tried many new dishes while there. Definitely listen to the recommendations on the starters. Momo dumplings are divine and the chicken and lamb salad dishes just simply have to be tried. The picture on the Gurkha beer bottle looks a lot like Lewis Hamilton though, made me chuckle Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, see you soon Sathi
Took my in-laws for dinner for the first time. We were welcomed warmly and the staff were very helpful and recommended the best dishes. All the dishes were amazing and delicious, went well with the naan bread that was cooked with charcoal for the extra softness inside and crunchy outside. The dessert was very satisfying as well. Thank you Gurkha Square for an amazing experience, definitely coming back Parking: Easy access, just across the street, lots of spaces
Seriously good food. One of my favourite curry houses. This is NOT your usual tandoori and there will be Nepalese dishes that you may not recognise, but they will be delicious. Parking: Over the road.
High quality food which was representative of the price. The staff are really lovely and do their utmost to ensure you have the best experience. I ordered the halloumi sizzler and it was unreal! The only negative is it is very loud in the restaurant, therefore if you are looking to have a relaxing meal here is not that place as often you are shouting across the table! But if that is what you’re looking for then this is an excellent place
Brilliant food and fantastic service. I very rarely let the staff decide what I should eat but being new to Nepalese restaurant, I went ahead with it. What a choice, great main and the momos were delicious and left me wanting more. Friendly staff who made a rainy evening more fun. Will be visit g again when back in the area.
Hi absolutely fantastic we were staying at the four seasons who recommended the restaurant the staff couldn’t have been more helpful the food was authentic and delicious Would thoroughly recommend it and very reasonably priced
Superb food; great people. One of the top 5 restaurants I have ever visited.
Yesterday evening we went to a Nepalese restaurant with a very good friend of my son. Service was very friendly since the owner and the staff used to be ex colleagues. The food options of lamb and chicken that we tasted were nice and spicy. I'm looking forward to visiting again!
We chose to visit based on recommendations and online reviews and from the moment we entered, it was clear why. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help and serve. After talking us through the menu, we made our choices and the food was fantastic! Generous portioned, flavoursome food.. The restaurant was full and they had to turn people away - booking essential! Top class and will definitely return
Really friendly service. Made to feel welcome. Very helpful waiting staff and delicious food. Saag paneer was exceptional. Dessert was good but not as good as the other courses.
