Paul, Julie & Steph are an incredibly hardworking family & manage to always offer a fantastic service, smile & flexibility. Personally I feel their prices are very reasonable given what must be the astronomical costs of maintaining an independent business in Guildford. I would also like to add that as human beings we should remain mindful that a “sullen” look may hide a multitude of emotions that are no business of others to draw attention to when reviewing a Cobblers on google! I would Definitely recommend.

Medal engraving very expensive and of substandard quality. Supported local, sad to say will not use again.

I wouldn't use any other Cobbler in the area. Repairs and re soling to my brogues were outstanding. My wife's high heels were also re heeled and repaired at the toes, fantastic job. This shop has always carried out excellent work for me. Shoe repairs, key cutting (very competitively) and exceptional engraving work. I wouldn't trust anyone one else and they are currently repairing my wife's diamond cocktail watch. You must try this company and Support the local traders.

Perfect service everytime.... always nice to walk in a shop and Have a good conversation especially with the young lady in there she’s always Polite and professional

Amazing service the young lady in there is so polite and efficient always nice to see independent businesses rather then big retailers and also lovely to see a female cobbler.
