Huge array of items to choose from. Was unaware that GAME was on the fourth floor but it was expansive and a nice touch to a generally cosmetic/clothing store. Staff were lovely and greeted you and always are seen smiling.
Both some perfume for valentines day. Some of the staff were rude but then some lady found me and helped me with everything in a really elegant way. I hope she can help you next time. On the last floor they opened a game shop for gamers and a lot of toys. And they have slushy now Recommended
Went to the underwear department to buy a bralette and the lady who works there, Maria was so lovely and very helpful, she went to extra efforts to find me a few different garments for me to try and was just so helpful and very friendly.
Very underwhelming. Clothes looked like they were in a jumble sale. Scruffy and creased. We left without buying a single item. Staff seemed not to care. No going again

Good afternoon. Yesterday I visited the House of Fraser store in Guildford. I selected two dresses and one top from Ted Baker. I tried the items on in Max Mara and spoke directly to the person responsible for the fitting room. She checked the amount of items. However, after trying on the items in the fitting room I decided to leave the items. I then selected another item to purchase which was a dressing gown. Once I got to the House of Fraser cashier in Max Mara two employees one was an older lady with ginger hair and the other employee was a younger asian woman. Both of them had a discussion in front of me and accused me of theft. The older woman said "There was a Chinese woman in the changing rooms". Whilst the other one accused me of stealing the clothes. Both accused me of theft even though the lady checked the items I took into the fitting rooms. Following this encounter I decided to leave the dressing gown and return home. Before leaving I took a photograph of the store to prove I was there. The older lady shouted at me before I left. I am very disappointed by this behaviour and the attitude of these two members of your team. I believe I was singled out on account of my race. I am frustrated and embarrassed by this situation and the way in which I was falsely accused of theft. I would like to make a formal complaint and receive an apology directly from the people responsible for making me feel this way.
Completely disgraceful company, my mother ordered sliders for me, and all that arrived inside my parcel was a parcel addressed to another person, and inside that parcel was spot cream. They then refused to refund my mother, we even provided a video and pictures of us opening the parcel as the weight was completely off to what it should have been. I'm thankful the order was only £55, as costumer services were absolutely useless, and appear to not be able to understand English, even with the clear evidence provided.
The shop is rammed with everything you could need, unfortunately it is so poorly laid out, there’s brands that are all over the place, you eventually find it but it’s annoying. As for the music it is far to loud and in my opinion the wrong type of music, I’m in here now and I can’t wait to get out of here even though it’s a great shop, the music is really getting on my nerves
