We had LVT fitted from Guest Carpet. Excellent service. Paul is very knowledgeable. He was able to help us make the best floor choice, taking into account the condition of our existing floor underneath our old carpet, our budget, and priorities. Therefore, the quote is accurate right from the start, with no unexpected surprises. Phil's craftsmanship is great. The floor is so smooth and flat! We are so pleased with the result.

My experience with Guest Carpets was  10 out of 10! Absolutely faultless service from Paul the owner, Dave the measurements man and Phil the fitter I hope I’ve remembered their names correctly! Having used this company to replace my fitted carpets that my pet rabbits decided to munch on I think I’ll be using them again soon as even my rabbits like the taste of their service!

I have recently purchased my carpet from them. These guys are very knowledgeable and know their business. The service was excellent, price competitive and I have appreciate their honesty in their business a lot. They have delivered what they have promised. Highly recommended

Paul and all the Team at Guest Carpets are fantastic. From the initial visit and consultation they offered us great advice on carpet selection and went above and beyond when our original carpet was impacted by Covid and there was no stock. A special mention is also needed for Phil the fitter who was professional and super clean from start to finish.  We have no hesitation in recommending Guest Carpets, in fact we already have to a number of our neighbours!

We would like to thank Paul and his team for a wonderful service when we decided to refloor and carpet a large apartment. Paul’s advice was invaluable in choosing the carpet and flooring particularly as supply difficulties meant we had to reorder different flooring. Our fitting was postponed three times because of delays by our kitchen fitters but as soon as we were able to give Paul the go ahead everything was fitted over 3 days in a very efficient manner and all the old flooring removed. Just had some carpets replaced with Guest carpets. Paul and his team were excellent throughout. Professional and reliable, with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Paul was great from day one, he worked hard to get the carpet I wanted as had a specific style in mind and came in at a good price too. Fast forward 3 months and the carpet was looking old and worn, not at all Guest carpets fault but a manufacturers issue due to my vaccuum. Paul made sure I had a replacement carpet from them with no charge and although it took some negotiating he never gave up. I have my new carpet now and couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Not all transactions go to plan but buying from the right company means if something goes wrong you know they have your best interest at heart. Get your carpets from here!

Having been let down by another company, Paul went out of his way to help me to choose another carpet to fit my needs.  He also managed to arrange a fitting quickly for us. Our job was quite challenging because we needed a spiral staircase carpetting. Phil came to fit our carpet and has done a lovely job. The whole process has been a pleasure.  I have felt valued as a customer - a rarity these days! I would highly recommend.
